Finding Your Purpose

Finding your purpose starts with finding your passion.

In this small group workshop and discussion group, you will be facilitated through a model to better understand your special talents, hearts passions, skills and abilities, personality and past experiences. By identifying what is going right and wrong in your life and identifying your passions and interests, your purpose begins to take shape. Through group discussion, participants will identify obstacles and solutions to putting their new found passion and purpose into action.

The workshop is facilitated by Janet McCracken Beard, owner of the Carriage Shoppes, author of Getting Into Leadership Shape, and CEO of The Employers Edge. Janet has over 30 years of experience training, facilitating, and coaching others to improve skills, attitudes, and motivation. Janet’s purpose in life is to help others identify their God-given talents and inspire them to reach their goals.
